I know I am not the only mom struggling to get my kids to eat healthy. They only want potatoes if they forgot whether they like meatloaf or not. Pizza is always on their minds! To start controlling my health better, I have been making better choices when it comes to food. Yes, I have had my cheat days. I have lost 15 pounds in about a month. I have type 2 diabetes and am working hard to lower my HbA1C. I am at an 8.9 now. What do you like to do to veggies to get your family to eat them!? Sometimes they will eat cucumbers and carrots with ranch.
